Acceptance. Please read these Terms carefully before using https://mirnafamilychildcare.com. By using the Site, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
Service Description. This Site describes Before School Care, After School Care, Infant Care, Toddler Care, Early Childhood Education provided by Mirna Family Child Care. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Mirna Family Child Care or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Termination. Mirna Family Child Care may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Mirna Family Child Care does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Mirna Family Child Care's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Mirna Family Child Care from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Law and Venue. CA law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in CA.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
